💼 Role Overview
As a cold caller, you will:
- Call homeowners, Airbnb hosts, property managers, and small businesses
- Introduce AuraBright Cleaning services
- Generate interest and book cleaning appointments
- Log call outcomes clearly for tracking
You are not selling aggressively. Your goal is to start conversations and book qualified jobs.

- 10-20 calls per hour (dialer or list provided)
- Clear call notes and updates
- Follow call scripts and guidelines
- Coordinate with dispatcher for confirmed bookings

- Previous cold calling or appointment-setting experience preferred
- Clear English speaking voice
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or basic CRM tools
- Able to work independently and hit daily targets
