AuraBright Cleaning is looking for a reliable Remote Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator to help manage daily cleaning operations. This is a remote, part-time position.
Responsibilities
- Monitor new bookings and inquiries
- Confirm booking details and communicate with clients via email and call
- Send invoices through Stripe and confirm payments
- Assign and manage daily jobs in Connecteam
- Ensure cleaning crews accept jobs on time
- Reassign jobs if cancellations or issues occur
- Track job completion, photos, and checklists
- Mark jobs complete and close them in the system
- Send follow-up emails to clients for feedback
- Flag issues or complaints to management
Requirements
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Good written communication skills
- Comfortable using Google Sheets
- Able to work with scheduling and task apps (Connecteam or similar)
- Reliable internet and computer
- Prior experience in dispatching, admin, operations, or customer service preferred
