2. Quotes are based on the size, condition, and type of service you select.
3. Your quote will be emailed to you for review and approval.
4. Prices listed are estimates and may be adjusted if the home requires additional time or services.
5. You may choose to pay the invoice before or after your cleaning.

Sales Tax

• All invoices include 8.75% sales tax as required by local regulations.

Credit Card Surcharge

• A 3.9% credit card surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments.

• Your appointment is confirmed once you approve the quote.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your scheduled date and time.
• AuraBright reserves your time slot and assigns a cleaning team in advance.

To protect our cleaners’ time, please follow our timing guidelines:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $25 late cancellation fee.
• If the team arrives and cannot access the property, a $35 lockout fee may apply.

• Our team will arrive within the scheduled time window.
• Cleaners will complete all tasks included in your selected cleaning package.
• For safety, cleaners cannot move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.
• Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality assurance.

Any add-ons you select will be included in your quote.

If the home requires extra time due to heavy buildup, deep grime, or unexpected conditions:

• You will be contacted immediately.

• Extra time is billed at $40–$55 per hour, depending on the service type.

• No extra charges will be added without your approval.

If something is missed:

• Notify us within 24 hours,
• We will schedule a free touch-up of the missed areas.

• Payment is due once the service is completed (unless prepaid).
• You may pay via online invoice or your preferred method.
• You may also receive a follow-up message asking for a quick review.

• Cleaners cannot clean areas with mold, biohazards, or unsafe conditions.
• Please secure pets during the cleaning.
• If your home is extremely cluttered, the team may adjust the scope for safety.
